Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using any application published by AppDBR (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not download or use the app.

These Terms apply in addition to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”) when you obtain the app through the Apple App Store.

2. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, AppDBR grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to download and use the app on any Apple‑branded device that you own or control, and as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to, and will not permit others to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the app.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices.
• Use the app for any unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or security of the app.

We operate a zero‑tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Reported violations are reviewed within 24 hours, and violating content or accounts may be removed or terminated.

4. Subscriptions & Purchases

Some features may be offered as in‑app purchases or auto‑renewable subscriptions. When you purchase through the App Store, your payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device. Unused portions of a free trial are forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

5. User Content

You are responsible for any content you create, upload, or share through the app. You retain ownership of your content. By submitting content, you grant AppDBR a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to host and process that content solely to operate and provide the app to you.

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms at our discretion.

6. Third‑Party Services

The app may use third‑party services that have their own terms. Your use of the app constitutes acceptance of those terms where applicable.

• Apple Media Services

7. Intellectual Property

The app, including its code, design, trademarks, and content provided by us, is owned by AppDBR and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual‑property laws. No rights are granted to you except as expressly set out in these Terms.

8. Disclaimer

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppDBR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, the rights granted to you will cease and you must stop using and delete the app.

11. End User License Agreement (EULA)

This EULA is a legal agreement between you and AppDBR regarding your use of the app. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by its terms.

1. License Grant. AppDBR grants you a revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the app for your personal, non‑commercial purposes strictly in accordance with this EULA.
2. Restrictions. You agree not to:
   • License, sell, rent, lease, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the app.
   • Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer the app.
   • Remove or alter proprietary notices or labels.
3. Modifications. AppDBR reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any service at any time, with or without notice.
4. Term & Termination. This EULA is effective until terminated by you or AppDBR. It ends automatically if you fail to comply with any term.
5. Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
6. Amendments. We may modify this EULA. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance where required.
7. Governing Law. This EULA is governed by applicable local law, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the app after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
